If what you need is invoicing, accounting and a light CRM, Holded is among the best you can find in Spain. The interface is good, support delivers and the price is reasonable. Don't change just for the sake of it.

Move to Zõrin if…

    One week looking at what Holded covers, what Notion/spreadsheets/etc. cover and where the pain is. From there, the MVP scope.

    Operational MVP

    4–8 weeks. The industry-specific part (agenda, ROs, groups, routines) is live and connected to your initial billing.

    Data migration

    Migration is scoped at kick-off based on what Holded exports allow and how much history is worth keeping.

    Holded shutdown

    Once the new billing is validated and your accountant is on board, Holded is closed. Backup exports remain.

Frequently asked

Isn't Holded cheaper?

Per user per month, yes. But if to cover the operation you also pay Notion, several spreadsheets, WhatsApp and a sector tool, the aggregate cost gets close to that of custom software. If your operation justifies it, custom pays back in the medium term.

Can my accountant keep working the same way?

We talk to your accountant at kick-off to understand the format they need to receive and, if viable, replicate those exports. If not, we evaluate giving them access to the panel.

Do you cover e-invoicing requirements?

The system adapts to the requirements that apply to your activity. The specific obligations (invoice format, books, accountant integrations) are settled at kick-off.

How long to replace Holded?

Depends on scope. The operational MVP is built in short sprints to ship soon. Full Holded shutdown depends on when your custom billing is validated by the accountant.

Can we keep Holded for accounting and only build the operational part?

Yes. It's the most conservative option if Holded works for you on the admin side. We build only the sector part and integrate with Holded as far as the API or exports allow.
